New year made even more special!

The new year is arriving soon within a few hours and people all over the world are excited about the celebration of new year. But there are millions of people for whom the beginning of the year is extra exciting every time.

The human being is really blessed to be able to meet true saints and it is in the form a soul that one can experience God’s Love in its truest form. It is this very purpose that the soul takes birth on this planet, and Saints show them their true path, by guiding them at every step of life. And this is the sole purpose for which Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj incarnated on this mortal planet on 25th January 1919.
In the blessed village of Shri Jalalana Saheb, district Sirsa, Haryana, a radiant child was born in the heavenly home of Revered Pita Shri Wareyam Singh Ji and Revered Mata Aas Kaur Ji, who named the child as Harbans Singh. Truly blessed were the parents and family, totally unaware of the light that the child was destined to shine in each soul’s life.
Saints take birth to let people dive into spirituality, into a real pleasure. A true saint is not made, he incarnates from the realms beyond this world with the divine order of the Supreme God. He lives simply among the worldly souls and guides them to the real home in the contemporary way of preaching.
Unveiling the mystery, Shah Mastana Ji Maharaj, the founder of Dera Sacha Sauda organization enthroned Harbans Singh Ji as his successor on 28th February 1960 and gave him the title of Shah Satnam Ji. Till 23rd September 1990, when Shah Satnam Ji further passed on the divine legacy to third and present spiritual master Revered Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj himself looked after the organisation and disciples for 30 years.

Nanha Farishta – The Little Angel

People living in rural areas generally have less access to proper medical care. Realizing their needs, Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan designed and dedicated an innovation called “Nanha Farishta”, which is basically a mobile hospital facility to them and this innovation has been recorded in the Limca Book of Records also.

So, What is this Nanha Farishta capable of doing? It’s the world’s smallest mobile hospital which was conceived to provide almost all the services which a general hospital can and it has been started to provide FREE OUTREACH MEDICAL SERVICES of Shah Satnam Ji Speciality Hospitals to the people who live in rural areas. All the facilities of X-Ray, Autoclave Lab, Nebulizer, Ultrasound, Dialysis, Anesthesia Machine, Air Conditioner, multi-parameter, defibrillator, Keratometer, Water Tank, Generator, Refrigerator and a full range of medicines are well fitted in this mobile hospital. This also has the capacity to carry medical staff apart from the equipment.

Although, there are many initiatives taken by Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan which provide people access to health and medical care. Few of them are the following –

  • Organizing free polio camps and facilitating polio vaccination to the newly born child.
  • Running an international blood bank, and conducting various blood donation camps worldwide so that it can fulfill the needs of blood banks over the world. Apart from this, volunteers who learned from the preachings of Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, also donate blood, whenever and wherever required.
  • “Jan Kalyan Parmarthi Shivir” – which is organized by Dera Sacha Sauda to provide monthly free medical treatment and these medical services are provided by Specialists and super-specialist doctors, along with free tests.
  • Free eye operations with proper care and assistance are provided to the needy people in a free eye camp which is conducted from 13th to 15th December every year, apart from regular monthly checkups.
  • There are free counseling camps organized by doctors for people who are suffering from depression and mental stress so that they can alleviate their stress and it helps people so that they don’t commit a crime like suicide.
  • “True Happy” initiative – this is a heart attack prevention program in which free heart health check-up is performed.
  • There are many other initiatives also which have been dedicated to humanity by Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan i.e. Aids Awareness, nurturing mother and child, healthy progeny program, and many others.

Another great initiative which we already talked about i.e. “NANHA FARISHTA – MEDICAL MINI ANGEL”. It is actually an angel for people who do not have access to the medical services either because they live in rural areas or due to financial problems. Experienced doctors who serve in  this mobile hospital  provide free medical services in the rural areas and it is multi-functional as it provides the entire range of services from operation theatre to labor room, even ICU, and dental chair.

This mobile hospital “Little Angel” was initially based on Tata 407 and it was designed to be small in size so that inconvenience may not occur in taking it to remote and inaccessible areas and so that it can reach its destination without any delay but due to its limited speed, further modifications were made by Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan and then, this mobile hospital was further mounted on a Trax cruiser vehicle with all the above-mentioned facilities, thus making it efficient so that it can reach rural areas on time and it can be used as an outdoor patient department with a medical store facility, labor room, operation theatre, and intensive care unit. And, not only this but Dera Sacha Sauda, “an organization which is known for its humanitarian works and for being a confluence of all the religions” periodically organize free medical camps in rural areas by using this mobile hospital facility.

It is a patented medical wonder that is designed by Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, especially for remote areas.

With its ability to reach even the most difficult geographical area, Nanha Farishta reaches affected areas also during natural disasters, takes medical staff with it who can save the lives of people, and provide free medical aid. In this way, the Hospital on wheels saves the lives of victims of natural disasters also.

“LET NO ONE DIE” – Nanha Farishta, this mini-hospital works with a spirit to let no one die due to lack of availability of medical care and provide all medical facilities i.e. X-ray, ECG, onboard surgery, and a full range of medicines at par like a general hospital and save lives of people. Thousands of people benefitted from this mobile hospital facility. Even free medical camps in rural areas which are conducted regularly via this hospital on wheels, becoming truly a boon to people living in those areas.

Overall, this mobile hospital facility brings health services needed by the rural population “closer to their homes”.

Plant a tree, let nature breathe free

We often forget how much humans depend on nature. Everyone needs air to breathe, water to drink & food to eat, all of which are provided by nature. A healthy natural environment with several trees is one of our best allies in the fight against breakdown- if we keep it in good condition. It is apparently our best defense system against flooding, storm surges, famine & more.

On one side we appreciate the beauty of nature but there is no such effort to save it from any disaster. The rise of global warming has become a serious threat to nature. With time it is destroying every little part of this beautiful creation. Our innovation and development at the cost of nature is solely responsible for this depletion of nature. We are creating new things for development but have not chalked out the ways to save the most precious object of the world, the nature.
Saving nature has now become a part of every social campaign. People need to understand the significance of saving mother nature.

Most of the man made problems affecting nature are due to the decreasing green cover at alarming rates. In India alone, one tree is cut every hour. Trees are cut for various human uses like paper, furniture, timber extraction, mining, agricultural expansion, cattle breeding and much more.

Importance of Nature
Imagine a world without nature, without trees, clouds, seasons, snow, green grass, beautiful flowers & everything that has nature be. What would the meaning of life be?
Nature is very important for humans needed to survive & thrive was provided by the natural world around us, food water, air, medicine, shelter & natural cycle like climate & nutrients.
Animals, fish & insects also get their food & shelter from nature. Different trees grow up due to sunlight & water provided by nature. Trees control avalanches & protect coastal areas. Trees remain our best safeguard to combat against the demolition done by the men around the realm.
It is unavoidable to entirely not cut trees. But, what we can do is plant more number of trees than how many get cut. So that, the environmental balance is maintained and our uses are also not hampered. Let’s look at some more actions we can take for a holistic care towards the nature.

What Actions Can We Take To Help Conserve Nature :
1. Reduce our ecological footprint

2. Connect with nature

3. Conserve Nature

4. Plant trees

Now let’s discuss them in detail one by one.

Reduce our ecological footprint
Reducing our ecological footprint means placing less demand on nature.
• Refuse to buy what you do not need, because every item you do not buy reduce the demand for the production of that item. For example, if everyone stopped buying plastic bags, super Markets would stop selling them.
• Use less water when brushing teeth, taking a shower, or washing the dishes.
• Use public transport, share a journey with friends.
• Use less electricity by turning off the light.
• Use less plastic by, for example carrying a reusable water bottle.
• Use less paper by not printing unnecessary things.
• Eat more not meet protein (like the brand) less dairy, more vegetables and more organic food when possible.

Connect with Nature
Connecting with Nature means setting aside time to interact with the natural environment.
• Join conservation programs or eco-clubs
• Organize trips to explore National Parks.

Conserve Nature
Conserving nature means to protect, preserve and restore biodiversity.
• Try to prevent your pets from killing/harming wildlife.
• Plant Native wildflowers, fruit trees, and pollination- friendly plants in your garden or yard.
• Make Compost to improve soil quality and to help insects.
• Build and place bat houses, birdhouses and bee hotels in your garden and local green spaces.

Plant trees

Planting trees is something which is going to nourish the present and future generations. They take carbon dioxide in and give oxygen out, which means in a way that they breathe out life for humans. Trees purify the air, reduce the chances of flood, help in regulating the temperature and provide habitat for birds.

In recent times, an organization “Dera Sacha Sauda” the Socio spiritual organization, has come into the limelight by planting 4,56,80,303 trees under the Nature Campaign Initiative. As per the inspiration of the organisation’s spiritual head Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, Mega Tree Plantation drives are held annually wherein volunteers from all across the world take part in the Campaign. The volunteers not only plant the saplings, but they also take care of them by visiting the field regularly. They also do not shy away from teaching people about the importance of planting saplings and how to do sustainable plantation. Today thousands of people have been made aware about deforestation issue and encouraged to do regular tree plantation by the volunteers of Dera Sacha Sauda.
Not only this, Cleanliness Campaign, distribution of food items, toys, shelters to poor and needy and more humanitarian activities are done by this organization.
Everybody loves the views with wonderful nature and they adore the beauty of nature. So instead of destroying it be a part of the Mega Tree Plantation Campaign and beautify nature.

Season’s greetings – share the warmth and joy!

Christmas is one of the festivals celebrated in many countries all over the world. It is mainly celebrated by Christians however, people following other religions also do not shy away from being the part of the celebration. Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ. The word Christmas comes from the old English “cristae maesses”, or the mass of Christ. Christmas is also called as Nöel, Nativity and Xmas.
In Christmas celebration, Santa Clause plays a very important role. Santa Clause also known as Father of Christian. Santa Clause is a mythical figure. Children are made to believe that Santa Clause visits every house on the evening of Christmas and drop presents for everyone.

History of Christmas
During the first two centuries of Christianity there was strong opposition to recognising birthdays of martyrs or, of Jesus.
In fourth century, church officials decided to institute the birth of Jesus as a holiday. Unfortunately, the Bible did not mention the date for Jesus birth. Some evidence suggests that his birth may have occurred in the spring.

The precise origin assigning the December 25 as the birth date of Jesus birth is unclear. December 25 was the first identified date of Jesus’s birth by Sextus Julius Africanus in 221 and later it became universally accepted date. It is commonly believe that the church chose 25 December, in an effort to adopt and adsorb the traditions of the pagan Saturnalia festival. Another view suggests that December 25 became the date of Jesus’s birth as the date of the creation of the world and fourth day of creation of light, as the day of Jesus’s conception ( i.e., march 25). December 25, nine months later became the date of Jesus birth.

In most European countries, people like to celebrate Christmas eve by exchanging gifts. In North America. The morning of the 25th of December as the time for the family to open presents has led, with the exception of Catholic and some Lutheran and Episcopal churches, to the holding church services on that day.

In some parts of India the evergreen Christmas tree is replaced by the mango tree or the bamboo tree, and houses are decorated with mango leaves and paper stars.
In northern hemisphere countries, Christmas comes in winters and people enjoy snowfall, tea coffee with friends and family and enjoy vacations.
While in southern parts, it is the time of full of sunshine, warmest and the longest days of the year. They enjoy Christmas with ice cream cakes, cold drinks, and seasonal fruits like kiwi and strawberries.

Celebration of Christmas
Christmas is celebrated all over the world. It is one of the most popular festival, celebrated by different communities. Christmas is celebrated mainly by spending time with family, friends and relatives. This festival brings us together in its own way and leaves most beautiful marks on our mind. People decorate artificial pines with lights, artificial stars, toys, flowers and bells. On this day, many parents dress their children like Santa. Children enjoy a lot their getup and their pockets filled with chocolate add up a special interest to their dress.
On this day, families decorate their entire house with lights and with many thing resembling festivity. People also bake cakes and cookies together. For teenagers it’s a golden chance to hang out with friends. Christmas songs, poems, gifts and dresses are the things that add up a special interest to this festival.

Christmas is the festival of light and joy, but the celebration is not the same for all. We might not realise it but there are some people around us who are not as privileged as we are. For them, Christmas can be a harsh reminder because of their poverty. You cannot help everyone but can help someone for sure. One of the organisation I recently came across is Dera Sacha Sauda, where people of all religions are welcomed wholeheartedly. All the festivals are celebrated cheerfully with the pious inspiration of Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan. He suggests the volunteers to celebrate every festival by bringing a smile on other’s face. They distribute gifts, toys, blanket, and quilts to destitute families who can’t afford for themselves. They also provide ration and sweets and even books and stationary items to the needy. They are real heroes and saviour of humanity. It is not necessary that you spend lot of money to make them happy. Sometimes, it is just your time and kind words which can bring happiness to others. You can also try spending some time with elderly in old age homes or with orphans in shelter homes. There can be a million other ways to any festival memorable for people around you, you just need to have a broader vision to this.
Can you tell us some other ways to make the Christmas celebration more beautiful and interesting?

Better yield, profit, gratitude and respect for farmers is what India needs today!

The National Farmer’s Day is celebrated in India on 23rd of December each year. It is popularly known as Kisan Diwas in India. Chaudhary Charan Singh served as the 5th Prime Minister of our country and people refer to him as the ‘champion of India’s peasants. He passed many bills and made projects for farmers’ better life throughout his tenure. Kisan Diwas is celebrated since the year 2001 on 23rd of December, his birth anniversary.

India is a developing country and even today is largely based on agriculture. Most of India’s population depends on agriculture or looks for alternate occupations besides engaging in agriculture. There are different types of farmers. And they all have equal significance. First, are the farmers who grow a crops like wheat, barley, rice, etc. Since the maximum intake in the Indian houses is of wheat and rice, So, the a large share of farming is taken up by these two staple crops. Moreover, farmers who grow these crops are of prime importance. Second, are the ones who cultivate fruits. These farmers have to prepare the soil for different types of fruits. Because these fruits grow according to the season. Therefore the farmers need to have a great knowledge of fruits and crops. There are many other farmers who grow different other types. Furthermore, they all have to work very hard to get maximum harvest.

Agriculture employs millions of people but despite this fact, large scale industrialisation and modern techniques are still not reaching the ground levels. Mostly, the big conglomerates reap the benefits of agriculture in India. Agriculture is the backbone of our country and farmers are the sole provider of food. If farmers do not work hard, then critical situations rise in front of us like starvation, hoarding, inflation and many others. People always show sympathy for them but seldom do they come forward to help them. We should be thankful towards them as they working in fields for long hours regardless of harsh summers, winters and all seasons.

My paternal family is based in a village Sirsa, Haryana. When I visited my ancestral place for the first time, I went with my uncle to see fields. I saw a huge difference in my uncle’s field and thier neighbor’s field. I saw that my uncle’s crops are more flourishing than others’. So I asked him questions about what is the reason behind it. He told me about Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan and that his teachings are the reason behind it. Curiously, I asked how is it possible for a saint to teach about farming. My uncle told me that Saint MSG is a multi talented personality and that He knows about every thing like farming, science, sprituality and many more. Uncle also told me about Dera Sacha Sauda, the socio spiritual organization that Guruji heads. There, farming has been transformed from traditional to modern, which is very helpful for us.

Scientific Farming
Annual Kisan Melas are conducted by Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, where farmers are shown new ways to increase their yields and how to combine modern techniques to get better output from their farms. Farmers have come a long way, with such wonderful efforts by Dera Sacha Sauda from time to time.

Save the food producer
Various initiatives are started to motivate farmers and make sure they are able to run their families in a decent manner. For this, they are provided seeds and fertilisers and at the same time, guided about the right time and manner for sowing the seeds, ploughing etc.Guru Ji has been an agricultural scientist himself, and successfully managed to take 17 yields from the farm at a single time.

Organic Farming
Farmers are encouraged to take up organic farming as it provides a healthy alternative to otherwise ailing population. Pesticides and chemicals have made the world ridden with debt and diseases and this has been explained well to the farmers. This in turn makes it possible to provide organic produce to the masses, bringing affluence to the farmers.Guru Ji has even cleared the myth regarding organic produce, being costlier and less in yield. With proper methods yield could be marginally low as compared to regular farming, but can be offset with the returns explains Revered Guru Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan.

Himself being an agricultural scientist and well established farmer, Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan had stated about 3 years ago that farmers should be enabled to easily sell their crops directly to the market with profit, without any interference of any mediator. Thus we can say that Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan has revolutionised farming in India and has give sustainable models of village.

Growing out of the ‘disability mindset’

Every person holds command in a specific field of work and that’s how they are unique with their own talents. We can never underestimate someone’s talent because each person is a gem. Some might be known as “physically disabled” which isn’t a correct representation for them, as they are somehow uniquely talented and are “specially or differently abled”.

On the way to success, it takes one’s own efforts and motivation from the outer world. Each one of us is capable enough to win over every situation but, the specially abled are highly affected by attitude of the surrounding and workplace. It’s never place or things, it’s always people who can support or undermine their self-esteem. We can support the differently-abled by supporting them in a better way, which can boost their morale and can help society to progress.

Keep these things in mind and surely you can help the differently abled overcome the negative feelings prevailing in their mind:
•Use proper terminology
•Communicate Directly
•Ask before providing assistance
•Be respectful

1. Proper Terminology
While communicating with a differently -abled person, one needs to keep in mind the correct terms. There are certain terms which were considered correct or now out dated and also offensive. While communicating with a disabled person, now there are new terms which are not hurting and are formally used in almost every workplace to respect everyone. Such as use “mental illness” instead of mentally ill person, use “person in the wheelchair” instead of wheelchair bound, instead of deaf, blind or autistic community use “autistic person”. Use non-verbal instead of dumb or mute. Use intellectual development or cognitive disability instead of retarded or mentally defective person.

2. Direct Communication
The next thing to keep in mind is to minimize the distance between the you and the differently abled person. Communication gaps can even further increase the distance between the two. The ease and success of each relation depends on the communication, and it must be direct and not indirect. Don’t use mediator to communicate with a differently abled. Start to learn their language so that you can give respect to their presence.

3. Ask before providing assistance
Assisting someone is a form of respect to a person and often considered a positive attitude in every workplace but when it is with a differently abled, it might be disrespectful to them. It is considered that someone is challenging their capability. So always ask them before assistance.

4. Be respectful
Respect is the basis of everything. As long as someone is respected at a social setting, they are motivated indirectly which speeds up their work performance. It’s always considered as the most important thing in every field of work. Your words and action needs to be positive towards the person. This looks easy but isn’t so, your words and actions can build your relation and can even end it with no reason.
It’s not easy to live life as they do so, even if it takes all your efforts to support them, never step back.

Why is it important to support them?
Our small efforts can make someone’s life easier. We can never understand the pain and situation they are going through. It is even more painful if the disability is not from birth but unfortunately acquired during their life. The disability is not a big problem but our words and actions which actually term their different ability as disability really are. A positive attitude towards someone can make them forget their pain and help them live like others. When our words and actions are positive in any manner, it can help them progress and contribute to our society just like others. They too are important but their importance can only be realised when they will get opportunity to come forward.

There are various organizations which have been working continuously to provide them a better life by making their life easier. They are providing free checkup camps, treatment and equipment which can make their life easier as compared to earlier. The money, funds and donations are by the general public which want to support our society in all manner.

Government, private organizations, non profit organizations are providing possible help to these people. Various national and international organizations are coming forward, to name a few:
•Dera Sacha Sauda
•Ritham Special School for the Mentally Challenged Children
•Diya Foundation
•National Society for Equal Opportunities for the Handicapped
•Adarsh Charitable Trust

This is a kind of blessing for our society to have such organizations and people who want our society to progress in all terms. This is not just an extra activity. Their tireless efforts make it easier for the differently abled to come forward and grow.

Out of all of these, Dera Sacha Sauda is the biggest organization which covers almost every state and their volunteers are supporting the initiative called as ‘Companion Indeed’ in every activity, from camps to final treatments. Wheelchairs, prosthetics, calipers etc are provided regularly to those in need. The Dera Sacha Sauda volunteers have a unique ritual of celebrating their special days by bringing smiles to someone’s face. This isn’t easy but we should support these organisations for the efforts they are making to make their life easier.

Peace on your plate – Vegetarianism

Do you know people who eat non-vegetarian are inviting many ailments? Do you think that vegetarian food is not enough to fulfill our daily requirements? Then, you should definitely invest your time to this article!

In today’s world where health has to be at the top priority, it is very much necessary that we understand how different kind of meals affect our health and life. People prefer two kinds of meals, which are vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The difference between both of them is consumption of meat, seafood etc. In non-vegetarian people consume meats and vegetarians are dependents on plants and dairy products.
Years ago, it was believed that our ancestors used to consume meat however, recently scientists have found evidences that they also used to cook and were vegetarians. Now, as different researches are taking place, it is gradually coming to a point where vegetarian meals are considered to be healthier than other one.
Vegetarianism means having food derived from plants and flora sources, and not having food made from animal flesh in any form.
Approximately 23 to 37 per cent of Indians are vegetarian. But there are different kinds of vegetarian. They are different than pure vegetarians.
– An ovo-lacto vegetarian diet comprises both eggs and dairy products
– An ovo-vegetarian diet comprises eggs but not dairy products
– A lacto-vegetarian diet comprises dairy products but not eggs.
Here we are going to give you reasons to pick vegetarianism over non-vegetarianism:
• According to recent surveys, it’s been proved that people who are vegetarian are likely to have lower cholesterol levels. It helps people to lose weight.
• Vegetarians have lower risk of cardiovascular diseases. It’s rare to find Type 2 diabetes in vegetarians.
• Moreover, vegetarian diet comprises of fiber, fruits, vegetables and whole grains that’s why people who are vegetarians rarely suffer from constipation. As we all know, constipation can lead to piles and other difficulties.
There are many myths about vegetarianism and it is believed that it is not as healthy as the diet that includes meat. It is not true. A vegetarian meal is the most balanced meal possible. It has got everything in terms of nutrients. Dairy products are a great a source of golden health without harming the animals. Usually people have this notion that only meat from chicken and goat contains higher amount of protein however, if data is considered then it is seen that soya bean and pulses have much higher value of protein than flesh. Vegetarian options like spinach, beetroot, green leafy vegetables, carrot and pomegranate are a great source of iron, which is majorly lacked in non-vegetarian meals.
Whatever we eat, it is very much necessary that it is digested in minimum amount of time possible. The sooner the food is digested, the healthier we stay. If we talk about animal’s flesh then it takes 48 to 72 hours to get digested which is definitely a long period of time. During this period, it stays in our body, which means it is not digested and as a result it starts getting rotten. This process invites many ailments like constipation, acne, acidity, bloating, vomiting etc. The list does not stop here, if we continue to consume meat then it may even cause intestine and other kinds of cancer.
Apart from that, it is a brutal act to kill the animals just for the sake of taste. It puts a big question mark on our existence of being human. If we look at from any religion’s point of view then, religions also say that we should not kill innocent animals for our selfish reasons. Anatomically speaking, human are naturally vegetarians and the bodies are designed to consume vegetarian food but slowly people started having animal’s flesh. We need to realize that animals have equal right on this planet as we have.
Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan urges people to stop animal killing. With his motivation, 60M have pledged to quit non-vegetarianism forever. People have adopted vegetarianism as a part of their lives. Moreover, the devotees are helping animals in different ways.

Saint Dr. MSG gives a very beautiful example of elephant and lion. Elephant is vegetarian and lion is Non vegetarian but Elephant is far stronger than lion. You will be surprised to know that elephant eats sugarcanes, roots, grasses, fruit, and on the other hand lion eats meat. If Non vegetarians are stronger then why lion is usually not able to defeat an elephant? We hope the answer is clear to you.
We hope that this article have given you a different perspective about vegetarianism.

Towards a plastic free world

We aren’t a separate entity from this planet because it exists and it makes our existence possible. We humans are connected to this planet. It’s because every change in this planet has a huge impact on our lives, even the slightest of change has a great impact then how can we say, “we are not responsible” I think now we should take a charge against our own actions which have a great influence on our lives as well as on those who are around us. Our planet is a topic not just for few years it’s from the beginning but now it’s image is getting faded with our wrong decisions.

Plastic gives you a timely help and affects our planet negatively. By 2050 it will be more plastic than fishes in oceans. A research says that consumers are which are giving way to manufacturers in increasing use of plastic as products and also in the packaging. Our negligence have already put our planet’s existence at risk, I think we should change ourselves now as it’s still not too late if we want to save our planet. Keep these things in mind if you want to make a change.
• Reduce use of plastic
• Avoid single use plastic
• Shift to biodegradable products
• Shift to cloth bag
• Depose plastic correctly

1. Reduce Use of Plastic
As we all know the problem right now is plastic, it will be easier to solve this problem if we end use of plastic or even if we can atleast minimize it’s use. It’s not stupidity because this single step can help us end this problem quickly. We consumers are the one who influence market. Our choices and preferences matters a lot to make a change. Market producers prefer producing only those goods which are prefered by the maximum users. If we can change our own mindset, it will make difficult for these products stand in market and once for all manufacturer have to end producing it. End of it’s manufacturing means there wouldn’t be a problem further all we have to do now is to reuse the previous plastic.

2. Avoid Single Use Plastic
Even in plastic there’s types. First is single use plastic and the second is , repeatedly used plastic. The second one are which are produced once and are repeatedly used by the consumers, it’s repeatedly using nature makes one think to use it to fullest and this delays further production. They are produced only when they are required, it doesn’t have excessive demand in the market. But the single use plastic products are those which are produced repeatedly and can only be used once by the users. Such products have low cost of production and have a high demand which makes manufacturer produce such products. Single use products are plastic straws, ear buds, carry bags, plastic drinking bottles, plastic bottle caps, food wrappers, plastic grocery bags, plastic sachets, plastic wrappers for consumer goods, multi-layer packaging used for food packing. If we could avoid using single use plastic products then we can still reduce the impact of plastic.

3. Shift to biodegradable products
At this time, it’s important for everyone to use only biodegradable products. It have great benefits, buying once can be used repeatedly, affordable by maximum of population, can be depose off easily. Biodegradable products can be helpful to not only us but to birds, animals, surrounding and planet. Our change in preferences and increasing demand for biodegradable products can make manufacturer shift to biodegradable products only.

4. Shift to cloth bag
Shopping is a habits. Everyone deals with market daily, buying something we want our something we don’t need but still want to buy. With our every visit to market we collect plastic bags to carry different products. Which is not a good thing, I mean no one wants to become a plastic bag seller. So why don’t you choose a cloth bag, which don’t have any negative impact on surrounding and is good because we can use it whenever we go for shopping.

5. Depose plastic correctly
Well it is to ensure others safety. We’re humans and we know what things are correct but we can’t expect the same level of intelligence from birds and animals. Many of the times that we throw our wrappers and plastic stuff within our surrounding and animals chew them and fall ill. We are risking others life. We know it’s devasting impact but still we don’t stop which means aren’t intelligent at all. We have risked our planet and even life of other species. Our oceans have 150 million tons of waste. We are answerable because it’s our negligence which have put others species life at risk. It’s best to despose plastic correctly in a place where there is least possibility of hurting others. Depose the plastic is covered dustbins so that animals or birds aren’t able to get it. Our small steps can save someone’s life.

It’s not always about intelligence it’s also about the choices, the decisions we make, they are of great influence. Decide something and making our steps further in that directions affect our’s as well as life of others. Everyone and everything is connected to this planet. We are born to serve God’s world and not to destroy it. Let’s make fair choices in all sphere where our decisions and choice don’t hurt someone but help someone in a better way. It’s just that we need to think once before we do something.

All the parts of human body are very important. All have their own importance. But the most important are our eyes. It is because beauty is hidden in everything around us, but to be able to see all our surroundings, eyes should function well. All the beauty of the world is like a dark dark night without eyes. In the way these eyes are important for us. We need to take care of our eyes. It is also necessary to get them examined by a specialist doctor from time to time. But many people in our society are financially weak, due to which they are unable to take care of their eyes.

We are talking about the organization none other than Dera Sacha Sauda. By obeying the same, the doctors at Dera Sacha Sauda not only treat but also donate blood to the needy patients coming to the hospital and give free medicines.

According to Guruji, people regard doctors only second to Almighty God in the world, because when someone is suffering from pain, they treat them and make them healthy, then people start calling them God.
